An awesome set of six teak dining chairs by Erik Christensen for Slagelse Møbelfabrik. Christensen was not only a designer but also the director/owner of Slagelse, which was only accomplished by a few other designers. This set is classic Scandinavian: simple form, high quality materials and excellent construction. The frame construction is made up of two "sections"; the top "boomerang" seat unit and the bottom leg unit which overlap to form a unique composition. Constructed from entirely solid teak, these chairs are very high quality. The original Danish wool is present and its green colour contrasts perfectly with the hue of the teak. This wonderful set would be the focal point of any dining environment.
