A set of three Hans Wegner teak and beech dining chairs for Fritz Hansen. Obviously drawn from the same inspiration as Wegner's famous shell chair and settee by Fritz Hansen, this chair is the rarely seen cousin. The bent plywood teak backrest and seat float atop a solid beech frame. The chair has a very small footprint which would make it ideal for smaller living spaces. This design is one of Wegner's that is more suited for mass production, and one would assume this is why Fritz Hansen was chosen as the manufacturer. Ironically, not many of this design were produced. We have three of these and they are available individually. They would be a wonderful addition to any modern setting or Wegner collection.
