DESCRIPTION:
A rarely seen steel and wool easy chair by Hans Wegner for AP Stolen. Wegner worked primarily in wood for his furniture designs. That did not stop him from designing pieces in a more international style with industrial materials such as steel. This design is basically an armchair version of his iconic airport chair for AP Stolen that was originally designed for use in Copenhagen's Kastrup airport. The upholstered seat and arms rest on a chromed steel frame and is virtually the same as the airport chair with the upholstered sides. As with all of Wegner's designs, this design looks great from all angles and is very comfortable. would suit virtually any modern living environment.
