An awesome oak sofa designed by Hans Wegner for Getama Gedsted. This design was Wegner's most popular sofa design surely because of its versatility. It was used to accompany most of his chairs because of its linear and minimalist design. As with all of Wegner's designs, it looks beautiful from all angles. The rear is of special note. Massive solid oak rear angled posts give this sofa its modern flare and are topped by Wegner's hallmark "horns" that are found on many other of his pieces. The rest of the frame is also constructed from solid oak. The original spring cushions are provide tons of comfort and are upholstered with the original Danish wool fabric. A truly stunning design in original condition that would fit any modern environment.
