A unique and rarely seen sofa model by Ejner Larsen and Axel Bender Madsen for Willy Beck. This piece was first presented at the Cabinet Maker's Guild in 1965 and was originally seen in the form of an easy chair. The sofa model is rarely seen. As with many of Larsen/Bender-Madsen's designs, it is very distinct in it's appearance. The splayed arms seen throughout many of their pieces and we love the slender legs, especially the two sharply angled rear ones. The piece is covered in a newer sand-coloured Kvadrat wool which is in very good condition. The piece is quite comfortable because of the two large down-filled cushions. This unique piece would be well suited in any living or office environment.
